Bridge Road Stella Single Hop IPA

Photographed in my newly built and almost complete "beer garden", this delicious IPA was recommended to me recent trip to my beer shop. It is brewed by Bridge Road Brewers in Beechworth Victoria.

Pours  a nice hazy dark amber ale with a respectable head. It has a distinct floral hop aroma straight out of the bottle. A pleasant almost fruity floral hop taste with a crisp, dry bitter finish. Brewed with only "Stella" hops using the full flower in both the kettle and conditioning tank. Why not a single hop IPA when the locally produced  hops produce such flavour.

This is a much better ale than Bridge Road's "Bling" IPA.

A very good craft brewed IPA.
