This beer is packed with hops and is brewed with a Belgian farmhouse yeast strain. The yeast seems to drive the magnificent head on this beer and also gives the beer a Saison like nose. The initial sip gave me a funky yeasty note but the first real gulp was all resinous, piney and citrus hop.
A very tasty strong ale brewed by two brewing artists.
