Slovenia & Croatia, holiday Pivos.

Some of the beers I manged to sample whilst seeking refreshment in Slovenia, Croatia & Bosnia

" Human Fish Pale Ale" -  Enjoyed at a riverfront bar in beautiful downtown Ljubljana, it appears that craft brewing hasn't quite taken off in Slovenia but this craft brewed Pale Ale was excellent.
"Lasko"- Again enjoyed as a refreshing aperitif on the riverfront in Ljubljana.

"Erdinger WitBier" from Germany - Enjoyed at a seafront restaurant in the very much Austro-Hungarian influenced Optija in Croatia, a mecca for holidaying Germans.
"Karlovacka"- Enjoyed throughout Croatia, a very mild flavoured refreshing summer lager.

"Tomislav" Unusual in Croatia this was a quite pleasant dark lager with a bit of flavour (roasted malt nuttiness). Probably the the best of the Croatian mass produced beers but not always readily available in bars and restaurants.
"Pan"- Brewed by Carlsberg in Croatia, another light tasting slightly malty summer lager.
